We’re seeking a Rust Cryptography Engineer (PQC Specialist) to join our R&D team and lead the implementation of NIST-standard PQC algorithms and secure system integration.

Responsibilities

• Implement PQC algorithms (Kyber, Dilithium, SPHINCS+) for TLS, digital signatures, and secure object storage.
• Develop containerized cryptographic modules with RESTful APIs (Actix/Axum).
• Integrate a Key Management System (KMS) with automated rotation, RBAC, versioning, and audit logging.
• Conduct benchmarking and side-channel security testing (latency, throughput, ops/sec).
• Maintain cryptographic agility for future upgrades and hybrid fallbacks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Rust, systems programming, and applied cryptography.
• Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography and TLS protocols.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• (Nice to have) Experience with security compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, NIST, ENISA).
